Sony will release stereoscopic 3D gaming console game on the
PlayStation 3 with
firmware update 3.30. "
PS3 update 3:30" will be officially released. In February, John Koller, director of hardware marketing, Sony Computer Entertainment America, has stated that the PS3 will get Stereoscopic 3D Gaming with 3:30 firmware update this summer. Sony will also launch 3D TV in addition Bravia
PS3 firmware update 3.30. Eric Lempel, director of PlayStation Network Operations, posted about the upcoming 3.30 firmware for PS3 and also listed out a couple of Trophy enhancements due with the update. Now you can more easily sort trophies in the Trophy Collection and Comparing Trophy sections. Sorting can be done with Trophy Collection in the Game Category and also when comparing trophies with your friends in the Friend Category :
- Trophy Folder can be sorted by game name/ by title according to the date in which you earned your last trophy (ascending/descending)
- Add-on list (Group list) can be sorted by original/the date in which you earned your last trophy (ascending/descending)
- Trophy list can be sorted by original/trophy name/grade/date of obtaining the trophy (ascending/descending). (image credit:amazon.com).
Along with that, Lempel also mentioned about the 3D stereoscopic gaming on PS3 console. Last month, VG247 blog got a few images of 3.20 debug firmware for PS3 gaming console and pointed out the 3D Video Output option added in the XMB (CrossMediaBar) interface. But instead of bringing the Stereoscopic 3D support, Sony created unrest by announcing
PS3 firmware update 3.30.
